Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, accessing, or utilizing any of the web utilities, calculators, code formatters, converters, or Pro AI generation tools on Trools.app (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the Service.

2. Permitted & Acceptable Use

Trools grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the public tools for personal, educational, or professional business workflows. You agree that you will NOT:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the integrity of our web servers or API endpoints.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or spiders to overload our bandwidth or infrastructure.
• Submit malicious payloads, viruses, or harmful scripts through any form or input fields.
• Use AI generation tools to generate illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory, or copyright-infringing content.

3. Pro Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

Certain advanced AI features and high-throughput generators are designated as Pro Tools. Access to Pro Tools requires purchasing an active Pro plan:

• Billing via Razorpay: All transactions are securely processed through our PCI-DSS compliant payment partner, Razorpay. By purchasing a Pro plan, you authorize automatic billing according to your chosen plan (monthly or annual).
• One-Time Trial Access: New users are granted one free single-use trial for Pro tools upon account registration, after which continuous access requires a paid plan.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your User Profile modal or by emailing support@trools.app. Your Pro privileges will remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

4. Intellectual Property & User Output Rights

The Trools logo, trademarks, brand identity, layout, source code, and design tokens are the exclusive intellectual property of Trools.app.

Your Content & Outputs: Any content generated by you using our tools (such as formatted JSON strings, compiled CSS code, converted images, calculated financial summaries, or AI generated tattoo and graphic art) belongs exclusively to you. Trools claims zero ownership or royalties over the results of your calculations or generated media.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for absolute accuracy in mathematical calculations, loan algorithms, and image processing, Trools makes no guarantees that calculations are error-free or suitable for legal, commercial audit, or architectural safety purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trools.app and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any tool on this platform.
